Refer a Child

Referring a child for a wish is one of the most important parts of helping Make-A-Wish Eastern North Carolina accomplish its mission. To learn more about referring a child, you may use our online inquiry form.

Please note that this is an inquiry only.  To refer a child, you must speak with our staff directly.  Remember, only the child themselves, the child’s parents or legal guardians, or a medical provider for the potential wish child may complete the referral.
