Build-A-Bear Workshop Bear Hugs Foundation Awards $2,500 Grant to Make-A-Wish Eastern North Carolina

Donation will help provide wishes to children with life threatening medical conditions

Christine Casey, Director of Major Gifts for Make-A-Wish Eastern North Carolina, announced that Build-A-Bear Workshop Bear Hugs Foundation has awarded a $2,500 gift to the local wish granting organization. 

"We are truly grateful for this first-time grant award and look forward to the continued support from the Build-A-Bear Workshop Bears Hugs Foundation,” said Casey. “As we enter the busiest wish granting season and with 200 kids scheduled to have their wishes granted this year, the need has never been greater.”
