Donation will help support annual Season of Wishes® campaign
MORRISVILLE, N.C. (December 16, 2013) —Trusted Choice and the Independent Insurance Agents of North Carolina (IIANC) have teamed up with Make-A-Wish Eastern North Carolina to help grant wishes during the chapter’s annual Season of Wishes campaign. More than 30 wishes representing 19 counties of eastern North Carolina will be granted before the end of the calendar year. More information detailing how to support the granting of wishes can be found by visiting www.eastnc.wish.org.
The $7,500 donation to Make-A-Wish Eastern North Carolina is part of a larger commitment, $500,000 in total, from Trusted Choice that will help local chapters throughout the country grant more wishes. The IIANC will host a reception at their Cary headquarters on Monday, December 16 to honor Fuquay-Varina resident Adam who recently received his wish to attend a New England Patriots football game and meet the team.
“It is a privilege to partner with Trusted Choice and Make-A-Wish Eastern North Carolina to help grant the wishes of deserving children in our state. This is a great opportunity for our member agents to come together in support of a worthy cause and give back to their local community,” said Kelley Erstine, IIANC CEO.
“The impact of a wish-come-true is far-reaching. It affects wish kids, families, and entire communities, said Make-A-Wish Eastern North Carolina President and CEO Kristen Johnson. “We are privileged to have Trusted Choice and the IIANC as a sponsor of wishes in the very communities where their members are actively involved.”
