Donation will help grant wishes through Season of Wishes® campaign
MORRISVILLE, N.C. (December 20, 2013) —Ken Baroff, Vice President of Development for Make-A-Wish Eastern North Carolina, announced that the We Promise Foundation has awarded a $20,000 grant to the local wish granting organization. The donation will help grant wishes to local children with life-threatening medical conditions, supporting the annual Season of Wishes campaign. More than 30 wishes representing 19 counties of eastern North Carolina will be granted before the end of the calendar year.
“As an organization that is committed to improving the communities in which we live and serve, we are proud to support the efforts of Make-A-Wish,” said Karen Lane, Executive Director for We Promise Foundation. “This grant is made possible by the generosity of our employees, members and business partners who continue to be inspired by these courageous children.”
